On the road to recovery

Well, its over. The official removal of my gallbladder is complete. It happened the day before Thanksgiving. I was able to eat some dressing and turkey on Thursday. So far so good. I am at home now and hope to go to work soon. Tis the holiday season. Hope everyone is in the spirit. More soon.....

Glad to hear you're on the road to recovery. I didn't know you were having surgery until the e-mail was sent around. I guess I thought it was clearing up. I'm glad you were able to squeeze in a little turkey and dressing. :)

I am cnvinced that after Ben's appendix nightmare and your gall bladder now that they need to just schedule surgery and take out all of these organs that we don't need and could potentially rupture in our bodies...what in the world. I am so glad that you are feeling better and on the road back to recovery. Love you...Kate
